@balpha - already reported them, but you may want to know that there is a site that use SE data and copies profiles info too. The profiles seem to include birthday date info - which is hidden on SE. Also the dates seems to be faked out based on the ages of the users - I think they guessed months and days.... or the whole date when an age wasn't available.

Famous Blue RaincoatThe SE definition of "answered" question is: has an answer that is either accepted or has positive score. But the search parameter isanswered appears to ignore the "accepted" clause: when set to "no" it still returns questions with an accepted answer, as long as it has 0 score. Sample query to ...

Right now when you wish to Post anything on Stack Exchange Meta or any other Meta site, You click on the "Ask Question" button on the top right of every SE page. For SE Meta I believe the wording is a bit confusing.
When you are posting on any Meta site you aren't always asking a question, you could be reporting a bug or making a proposal like I am. You are not always "asking" on Meta. I think It would make a bit more sense if the wording was something like "Post on Meta" or just simply "Post" or "Post on this Meta".
You could look at it as "asking if a bug report is accurate" or "asking for a new feature"
@KevinBrown The bug one is a bit far-fetched
user259867
"When are you going to fix this?" "Do you even test your code?" :-)
@JanDvorak Yeah, that one doesn't work as well.
19:19
"What punishment will the responsible dev receive?"
@KevinBrown OK. Maybe... But I tend to look at it as a report that there is a bug that needs fixing.
@JanDvorak Very far feched
@FamousBlueRaincoat Its their website they had better fix it

> Meta is a chimera, a terrifying abomination - you gotta just make the most of it. (from the bottom of this post

@Frank all of that foul language and cussing was VERY offensive.

@NoviceSEMetaGeek sure, but it's been edited out now.

@Novice, Keep in mind you can edit out offensive things from otherwise decent posts yourself. It's better than flagging.

user259867
19:41
I found something: "When you decide to flag a post Offensive, you will get a warning dialog. Take this time to decide if the post is really offensive." source
user259867
There is no such warning dialog, is there?
Anyway: Abusive flags carry pretty substantial penalties designed for people we don't want coming back, ever. If someone's contributing real content, but they're swearing occasionally/often, that's something for a moderator to handle with a message/suspension, not for users to handle with -100 rep penalties and IP blocks.
@FamousBlueRaincoat nope, not here
user259867
I'll edit it then.

@HoboSapiens It certainly doesn't make a good audit, does it?
@JanDvorak There I have to agree with you
@JanDvorak Most audits aren't good audits...
@Mooseman The devs would certainly like to disagree
... even more so for suggested edits, but I assume you aren't talking about these
20:04
@JanDvorak I'm aware of that. It's the votes on which the logic is based that cause the bad audits. Unless somebody from SE was to actually review the audits manually...
unlikely.
