The new Personalized Predication Data seems very nice to show relevant content, and the ability to download the data is excellent. It gives a feeling of trust. However, the downloaded data doesn't make any sense without documentation. Can there be a link to a page explaining what the figures mean?

Question for the group. If I had a paragraph that I had reworded and wanted to see if anyone in the group agreed with my paraphrasing, where would be the best place to post that? Would that be a question for the group? Or is this the wrong place?

Article 11 of the Treaty of Tripoli

The initial paragraph is As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion,-as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen,-and as the said States never have entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehomitan nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.

My paraphrasing is
The government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion. The government of the United States of America has, in itself, no character of enmite against the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen. The government of the United States of America has never entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehomitan nation. Therefore it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religion opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.

I am "technically" just wanting to know if my paraphrase was right or if I goofed.

I'm not looking (at least not from this group) for opinions on the content, just the grammatical structuring of my paraphrase and whether or not my paraphrase was correct.

That's why I thought this would be the group.

@randomblink In your rewording, I would have thought you would have attempted to replace words like enmite, pretext, etc. In it's current form, it seems as if you're just shifting around sentence structure, but not really re-wording it.

I am trying to distill the meanings.

Someone has made the argument that the first sentence is part of a greater context that dismisses the meaning completely. My counterargument includes the hypothesis that if you take that paragraph and break it down from it's multiple clause arrangement, then you are left with a clear understanding of the meaning of EACH clause.
