When rene gave you the link and asked you to check if a bug report exists for the issue, you refused. If you go ahead and post an question without searching first, downvotes shouldn't surprise you. Searching on Google as well as on the respective SE site is expected from the asker.
@Javageek my first guess it so say it's easier to spot something good than something bad, you need time to learn correctly what a bad post is, and we want to encourage you to vote up (hence the lower requirement)
