@Behaviour why should biology be excluded?

Maybe one fp is not enough indication, but it may be more than the number of tp's we are getting from there.
@Pham del
Just noticed Anna Lear's avatar; thought it was another secret hat...

@Behaviour Checks out. That's just how I imagined the hat would play out.
How much time does it take for a gold badge to come?
@AwalGarg depends
which gold?

I have cast 588 votes, out of which 50%~ are on questions. If I cast 12 more votes on questions, I should get this gold badge, right?
@AwalGarg yes, and they don'y have to be question votes.

I did the voting atleast over a minute ago, but no badge until yet :(
usually a couple hours max for me, but sometimes almost immediately.
I have that one on a couple sites now.
Three I think.

would be awesome, actually :P

nice, good job!

There are two types of programming languages: ones that are wrong, and c#.

ahh. We have a JS bot in the JS room too. But this one is more cool.
Hum, should I post that in the Java room?

@Behaviour Regex, yes. My bot, no. (my bot is running off of a ML algorithm)
@hichris123 Bayesian probability, right?
@Sam s/pasted/passed/?
@Sam nope, regression.
MaxEnt, to be precise
@Braiam The bug's fixed if that's what you're asking.
@hichris123 Nice.
8:52 PM
@Sam nah, the message has a typo
I think
Oh, right. Yeah it does.
(That's also fixed)
@AwalGarg Oh, I see. You have to have voted on 600 question, not 600 total votes. You have 600 total votes, but they're not all on questions.
@Frank so... no badge? :(
Oh, you're right Frank, I missed that
@AwalGarg correct.
8:57 PM
> Voted on 600 questions and 25% or more of total votes are on questions.
you've voted on 305 questions
So the only way I can now get a gold badge is to have 15 upvotes on an answer... :(
too bad
@AwalGarg how soon do you need the badge?
@Frank I want the hat :P
treasure hunt something...

hats bring out the weirdest assumptions and demands from people
@AwalGarg Vote 40 votes/day only on questions, for 8 days.
@Frank hehe
I'm gonna get my gold hat on GL.
9:01 PM
getting 15 upvotes on that answer would actually be more easier than that :P
By asking two more questions and becoming socratic.
thanks guys, would cya later!

@Moo BTW, TPing from the Tavern is redundant. As the TPA command (which is used to get it reposted in here) also combines the actions of the TP command.
ah, i thought it would add to a counter like the other bot does
It does, but the tpa command already does that.

Cool. Just been awarded Necromancer on photo meta SE.
@Sam Necromancer is a silver badge, so you'll also have a new hat coming your way shortly.

sorry, no hat for that :(

Why is the "Handegg" hat called that?
To clarify, I did get it ;-)
Noun: handegg (countable and uncountable, plural handeggs)
  1. (slang, uncountable) A humorous term for the game of American football, or for any other sport called “football” that uses a prolate spheroid instead of a ball and in which the hands may be used, such as Canadian football or rugby.
  2. 2002 June 8, "p/g" (username), "Why does Arafat still draw breath?", in alt.music.rush:
  3. 2011 February 1, "FileServe FileSonic XXX" (username), "Innocent High - Jynx Maze XXX - 303 MB", worlds_sexiest_women:
  4. 2011 February 8, "RVG" (username), "french pride", in fr.soc.politique:
It's a slang term for football.
Why people only answer one of my question when I inquire multiple information in comments?!
rant about comments not being effective enough to clarify questions
@Doorknob冰 Ah. Thanks.
What does it have to do with posting an answer with score 7, though?
@Shokhet Because a touchdown in football is worth 7 points
10:52 PM
@Doorknob冰 Right. Knew that.
@hichris123 I'd like to close vote, let's find the best reason, it won't fit for programmers too
@bummi I think it could be a Programmers question if phrased properly. Maybe?
are you migrating?
@Braiam no, too old.
dunno why are you worrying about the toilet-bowl P.SE
10:57 PM
Because certain people might yell at me if I got it wrong. :P Like Programmers mods.
meta.stackexchange.com/posts/3383/comments why don't I get a proper 404 page here?
@rlemon because ServerException
@rlemon I get a single comment by Hilarious Comedy Pesto

@hichris123 I'd believe POB or To Broad would be the better reasons
@Braiam Oooooo.. you got the f&l hat. I want one!
@LynnCrumbling That's the easiest one... two clicks, delete and undelete. (Don't know the minimum required pause between the two.)
@Behaviour Yeah... it seems counter-productive towards the site to be deleting answers...
11:09 PM
the answer I deleted was old, and preventing the question from being roombaed
it wasn't groundbreaking
@Braiam I delete those habitually (which is why I didn't have one handy for this hat). Ideally, I would not have any answers under closed questions at all. In practice, I have a few under duplicates, and two accepted ones under other kinds of closure.
Accepted status should not block self-deletion.
@Braiam Ok.. I deleted my only negative-score answer (and lost 6 rep in the process), but it felt like the right thing to do.
@Behaviour I had only ~20 of those out all ~1k answers I have in SE
none accepted/upvoted, so I just removed them some time ago
11:30 PM
Note the Meta.SO link? Looks like I got bitten by meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/270653/… as well.
@Mysticial It is an epidemic!
All head for the lifeboats!
(or hair boats, whatever you have handy)
11:50 PM
@Braiam ikr! That drives me up a wall. and then they blame you for not fixing their problem >.>
Doe anybody here think the Warm Welcome hat is "in bad taste", or is Emil alone in his opinion?
I find the “warm welcome” in a bad taste. A hat with a communist symbol that looks like it could possibly belong to a border patrol or gulag guard uniform? Shouldn’t such a thing rather be awarded for shooting new users’ posts on sight? Are we going to get hats with Hakenkreuze, too? — Emil Jeřábek 36 mins ago
someone's always gotta nitpick don't they?
