How hard would it be to implement a resource which showed the inverse of the "Linked" questions in the search tool? For example, I search for the url of the question in the search tool; and the results I get are all of the other questions that link to it including the question itself.
Similar to Visual Studio's "Find All References"
It is possible to do this with a google search and some finagling, but it would be nice if it were available in-site. Would that be too much? It seems like it would only take a little bit of c# in the tool to return this information. Currently nothing is returned.

Due to the advances in x86 C compilers (namely GCC and Clang), many coding practices that were believed to improve efficiency are no longer used since the compilers can do a better job optimizing the code than humans (e.g. bit shift vs. multiplication).
Which specific practices are these?
