@gparyani Definitely didn't mean to offend you with the answer -- attracting eyes generally helps a question. And a good way to attract eyes on meta is to be witty in meta-style. I wasn't seriously proposing using Comic Sans, I just wanted to propose a ridiculous solution to the problem.
I think my dream job would be doing free-association analysis of a huge data set and just finding stuff and digging deeper. I think that to do that, I need to learn the tools to actually handle big data though (Japanese companies rely on Excel which cannot even be auto-filtered due to using it as a table rather than as a spreadsheet -- databases are verboten)

Any thoughts on stackoverflow.com/posts/20000426/revisions, revision 2? I was going to reject it as too minor but ran out of time. In my eyes, the code should have been tidied as well... but then again the corrected tag is quite important. Thoughts?
I just had over 300 rep change in the top bar. A answer of mine got migrated to another site and I lost that rep here, got that rep on the other site and gained a little rep elsewehere I think. But it looks like it was all was summed up. Does the new rep change icon show negative rep changes too?
When people put 2 periods at the end of a sentence, it looks like a mistake; and if they put more than three, they look like a jerk. I think this applies to exclamation points as well.
I still have some lovely emails like that. One that complained I must have no life making a certain edit. Given the effort taken to mail me, I had a pretty reasonable idea about the user's life or lack thereof.

The greatest and most depressing thing about all these sites is the realization of how much stuff is out there that I don't even begin to have a clue about.

I bet it would be easy to write a script that clears all close votes, and review-unbans yourself whenever you hit an audit. Then again, audits are easy to detect programmatically.
Jeff seems in favor of cross-site duplicates. Some questions might be asked on three different sites, each site needing three different answers. For example, a question about a text editor.
So perhaps their should be a way to link the questions on the three different sites. Adding a link manuall...

A question is posted which belongs on another site and ends up already having been asked there. I can't find an example right now, but it's bound to happen soon if it hasn't already.

I think we can all agree that the top bar should brown, not black. Brown is a superior color in every way - to black, as well as all other colors.
To change the top bar to anything that is not brown is tantamount to insulting this entire community. Please correct this grave error.

I have 70-some-odd flags on SO, and I have a fairly efficient way to find obsolete comments. Obsolete comments tend to come in groups. So, mods: Would you prefer all the obsolete comments below a post flagged, or one custom flag addressing all the comments?
@Undo Depends, if it's a long thread of comments with some obsolete ones, then flag them individually. If the comment thread is better off being purged completely, flag the post and indicate you want the whole thread purged.
