you can put up a job ad or pay to search for candidates. You can also advertise on the main SO.

I guess you can try requesting deletion via the contact form on one site and mention that you want to be deleted network-wide. Not sure if it'll be done though.

@DIMension10 If you want to play around with MSO answers and formatting, please use the sandbox. It's rather annoying to see a regular question bumped, only to discover that you're fooling around with it.
