i mean, a brain isn't required to respond to stimuli

@M.A.R. think it does, yes.

@ShadowWizardWearingMask They don't have a brain but it might be they're still intelligent in a way animals never are

How many votes must a question have to be "Well accepted"?

Cool.
Thanks.

8:01 PM
@user400654 you meant that by the toilets? Well, pretty sure we couldn't use them without a brain.... ;)

@ShadowWizardWearingMask It doesn't seem to necessarily?

@Ollie score, not votes - it can be at -1 even with 100 upvotes

Ohh.
Good point.

@Sha the SE wizard

Yup. My points are good. :P

8:02 PM
We want firecrackers

@M.A.R. Yes we do!

My guess is that the processing happens at the site of hearing. Specific frequencies produce specific hormones that stimulate nearby flowers to open or close, or that travel to roots which then produce a loud whine.

@M.A.R. new idea for next name, thanks!

@ShaWizDowArd me too.

๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜

8:03 PM
@M.A.R. sure, but it's the easy way. I'll read about it.

๐Ÿงจ

@Ollie you too what? Too many possible messages above.... :/

My points are good too.
Paltry compared to yours.

@user400654 Is that a huge orange behind a tombstone?

But I'll get there.

8:04 PM
@Ollie oh
Let's compare points, @Ollie

You show yours, I show mine.

8:05 PM
3.
Like that?
:D
Hang on, working on a question.

@Ollie With all due respect, I disagree

No. Numbers are noise.

With?
@M.A.R.?

Through?

@Ollie with your 3
Going to wash dishes, hope you'll show your point until I return, @Oll
Otherwise, @M.A.R gets to do it. :P

Clinkclack smack "Damn", click.

@Ollie nah, you delay my dish washing
Dishes wait patiently. They don't even scream.

Okay.
What do you mean by "point"?

Get to the point.

Who's happy?
We're all happy!
Just how happy?
Very happy!

does it count if you just fool yourself 100% of the time that you're happy and believe it?
willfully happy

1 hour later…
Rob
10:01 PM
@Ollie is that like an egg roll?

10:28 PM
Well hello, Cat. How's the Ticket Smash going?
Oh, and she's out.

10:54 PM
Don't disturb the cats...
Or the dogs...
Or the shadows...
:D

Or the birds...

Here, this might calm you down...
sdc tea Spe
:P

Why thank you, Shadow.
How've you been lately?

@Spevacus meh, another quarantine.
And my country gets to be #1 in the world in Corona
Infected rate by population.
4k new infected every day, over 8M population.

That's unfortunate... A few of my online friends just got tested today. They are not a fan of the test.
One of them had it a few weeks ago.

10:56 PM
Still low death rate, which is just luck.

Said the worst part was lack of taste.

@Spevacus my son got tested few days ago. Little brave 7 y/o kid. :)
Didn't even cry.

Strong lad!

Yeah
He's negative.
(he was with a confirmed kid for few days at school)
Turns out kids don't infect other kids.
(the doctor said that from thousands of such kid-to-kid cases, 0 turned out positive)

That's good to hear.

10:59 PM
Still need two weeks quarantine though.

Yeah, best be safe and all.

Yup
And Israel is going to full scale lockdown next Friday, for a month.
No driving, no schools, nothing.

Wow. That's... incredible.
In the US, you're lucky if the guy at the end of the Walmart aisle is wearing a mask.
