I think I understand how I'm still alive and pretty much healthy. It's case of Unhealthy Overflow. Not enough sleep + no sports + super unhealthy food + way too much coffee. Conclusion: I must not try and change any of those in the formula, otherwise I'll become unhealthy indeed! :D

in actuality enough sleep lends itself to quite a different quality of life overall. Once you've had it, you don't want to miss it

I can feel my cognitive power diminishing when I'm too sleep-deprived for a few days

Mickey is the apprendice to a sorcerer. He uses magic to animate a broom to make it carry the water to a basin, then fall asleep

Later, he is awakened by the water rising to his feet since the broom never stopped.

He uses an axe and destroys the broom, leaving only tiny wood scraps.

As soon as he leaves...

the scrap animate into more brooms

Undead in Dwarf Fortress can do the same under the right conditions.
