ohhh, yeah, CW card is same as deleted/closed banners when the account is deleted, showing the old names. But it's even when account is not deleted.

More accurate showing the name as it was when making the action, never to be updated.

@Dukeling I don't think that is automatic true. I might delete an answer because it is outdated or because better answers appeared that made mine less relevant. It only becomes an issue when you deleted because you didn't want to be associated with it while other users decide to undelete against your will.
