It's amazing though how very trivial non-issues can lead to massive dramas.

If there was an easy way to indicate intonation in writing, SO dramas would've been reduced by 150 percent

...I somehow doubt that.... people are always going to make an issue of something.

Apparently, it's not documented anywhere what chat rooms expect from a feed of SE posts. Currently testing the theory that <entry><id><link><published> (and closing stuff) is enough.
