So, before coming to stack overflow, I knew nothing about javascript (at all) and had done all of my scripting in PHP. I have very few answers under the PHP tag and a bronze badge in javascript.

Lol, I can report it on the local meta :D

Heh, I got an email from adnet.com, ublock refused to even load the site's CSS.
@hichris

That's... totally relevant.

Lol, narawa doesn't like you

@hichris123 sorry. Mistakenly thought that the edit was on the q.

@bjb568 rolled back. Almost no one will see the old dialog, so who cares?

@bjb568 not

> Since a few days, a new image upload is being tested on Meta, adding support for paste and drag-and-drop:
That only applies to the old image.

Actually, the chat dialog doesn't even support drag & drop, so...

The edit is invalid by Radical Change.

Clearly conflicts with the authors intent

It's nice to keep these things up to date.

The old dialog is definitely relevant.

@bjb568 lol

10:32 PM
It doesn't matter what it looked like. It matters what it looks like.

@TinyGiant sure :D

@bjb568 ^^ It really doesn't matter what the dialog used to look like. Absolutely no one sees it.

No, the answer says what it looked like at implementation time.
Post your own answer if you want.

... and who is looking for what it looked like at implementation time?
NO ONE.

It doesn't matter. Vote down the answer if you don't like it.

Sheeh. Common sense people?
Oh good, YCS is back on SO.

@hichris123 Doesn't exist

Substituting the answer for your own is not appropriate.

O_o
> good

Sadly no meta common sense.

Q: Understanding isPrime function from Wikipedia, a function that determines if a number is prime

yakoI know there are several questions on how to determine if a number is prime but none of them help me understand this particular implementation on Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Primality_test I understand the two if statements, not the for loop. Specifically, why does it increment i by...

@hichris123 Back in what sense? Stopped visiting both SO and ru.SO on June 9, before the suspension expired.

user259867
Was quite active on ru.SO, but not anymore.

You might want to update your about me ;) — Undo May 12 '14 at 20:49

Q: Why all the Stacks Overflows are svgified except pt.SO

nicaelSO, ru.SO, ja.SO are svigified: But not pt.SO: It seems to use semi-old design (can be seen by looking at the logo). That's also strange because pt.SO is older than ja.SO or ru.SO, but still not svgified. P.S I don't know to which word I should append "s", so I've written Stacks Overflows...

Looks like completed, time to poke @Shog?
(As pt.so is no longer beta and seems to have gotten a redesign)

I always know when you post a question or comment you feel is important (most of them), @nicael

@nicael You poke him in two places? Really?

@AstroCB My parenting rep graph is so weird ^

11:38 PM
@hichris123 @Shog needs two pokes, just in case ;)

Yeah, we should all totally poke @Shog, that's a good idea.

O.o
lol

... and this is how one is able to quickly and effectively make people mad at them.

you dare awaken the Shog????!?!?!?!

@santiago that was a bug.

@bjb568 This, bjb, is why you can't be mod. You don't follow simple disclaimers.

Inbox by SE, with bundled notifications

What's a bundled notif?

user259867
A requested feature. The main new thing in Inbox by Gmail is bundled messages.

What does that mean?
Group by thread?

user259867
No, by type of content. Like "Purchases", "Forums", etc. Stuff that you don't necessarily need to see quickly. So it gets bundled and the bundle can be scheduled to be shown only once a day.

huh
"Man" as a verb has never meant "to assign male persons to" or the like. It has literally never been gendered, as evidenced by the absence of any replacement to refer to females. This PC crap is going overboard. — cHao 5 hours ago
ugh

Hello pips! I was wondering if this was the place to ask people's opinion about a rejected edit suggestion? As meta.stackexchange is the place to ask 'where to ask' specific questions, I'm assuming my question might belong here. Thanks in advance fellows.

@JeromeJ Go ahead.

@nicael you got your answer :)

Great, I realised I just asked to asked, kind of. So, this one stackoverflow.com/review/suggested-edits/4012631
