@user2284570 the flag ban isn't count towards the time you cast the flags, but the time they were handled

Just because a flag was marked as helpful, doesn't mean that other flags were marked as unhelpful at the same time. Especially close flags, handled in the close review queue, can sit around for a long time and suddenly be handled.

@MartijnPieters On a slightly related note, is there a way to see flags by status? I've had 7 sitting in 'waiting for review' for months

but, I don't want to go through 50+ pages of flags to find them

Hello. I haven't been super active on stackoverflow for the past couple of weeks, and recently noticed that I have been serially downvoted. This happened on April 23rd, and I lost some reputation. Then on the 24th the serial vote script kicked in and I got my reputation back. However, then whoever did it was back at it again, and I lost about 1/2 of the reputation I originally got back. That was over time on April 26-28. So far the script hasn't seen the issue.

How exactly would I go about protecting myself from such an issue?

And, can the mod's see who has been doing the downvotes to make sure it really was the same person? (Though I'm pretty sure it is).

I would think the "contact us" link which appears on every page would be your best bet.
