@bjb568 Mobile app has ads too (Careers-type).

@hichris123 Internet

@Moosemaniseatingpizza Ah. What speeds do you get?

@hichris123 No problems with the speed. They changed IP blocks so geolocation db's (including their own) think I'm hundreds of miles away. Caused problems logging into just about any site. They said they'll fix it within a few days.
@hichris123 TBH, I've actually been happy with the service until now.

@Moosemaniseatingpizza But what speeds do you get? It seems like I always have the slowest speeds here. :P (13 down / 1.5 up)

@hichris123 30/6 (advertised 25/5)

12:16 AM
Yeah, I do have the slowest here. :P

I guess we must have different understandings of 'abusive' then. Thanks.

@bjb568 The mobile sites have no ads at all. But the real point is, it's SE decision to show ads in some places but not others. I'm pretty happy to have ads on SO funding the Math site operations...

3:42 AM
Surely some links were lost in formatting

yes, but if you took out the links, doesn't it look like the question is actually asking something

There were links on that post. Either way, it's unclear/VLC (for being Japanese), off-topic because it's not a correct site (ink cartridge in drupal!?) and it's still a spam (if you know Japanese)

yes, since it's japanese and not about drupal i thought it would be aimed toward off-topic

@TheWobbuffet your usual markov-chain spam follows the same pattern

so it could be migrated to a japanese se site about record players or something

3:45 AM
@TheWobbuffet I dare you

Dare me what

I dare you to migrate this japanese spam to japanese.se

I can't

@Behaviour This is Travis: travis-ci.org.

wut

also, i know of no record players that take ink cartridges
i cant read japanese and obviously the translation is incorrect

The whole text is incorrect

@hichris123 I use Bitbucket

3:50 AM
Okay, I just reread it and the first sentence made me laugh.

everyone stop fighting plz

@AndrewT. What does the first sentence say?

@TheWobbuffet What does Travis have to do with bitbucket?

@hichris123 They're basically the same thing, it looks like it
bitbucket and travis-ci are both for people who want private repos and cant pay on github

There's no true privacy. God and the NSA can still access the repo.

3:53 AM
"I'm starting to listening to a record using a cartridge that I put recently on an analog record player... My record player is old and the height of the tone arm cannot (something something)." more-or-less like that

... that's not what Travis is. Travis is for running tests off of a GitHub repo.

should I rollback?

user259867

come to think of it... it was about phono cartridge (not a printer anymore, but gramophone?) which is off-topic anyway

@AndrewT. It ends with "hp ink cartridge is aimed at the thin and high-quality sound by vinyl records"

@Behaviour ok, that made sense.

The felicific calculus is an algorithm formulated by utilitarian philosopher Jeremy Bentham for calculating the degree or amount of pleasure that a specific action is likely to cause. Bentham, an ethical hedonist, believed the moral rightness or wrongness of an action to be a function of the amount of pleasure or pain that it produced. The felicific calculus could, in principle at least, determine the moral status of any considered act. The algorithm is also known as the utility calculus, the hedonistic calculus and the hedonic calculus. To be included in this calculation are several variables...
