I just saw this answer (not mine): stackoverflow.com/a/11303937/103167 and I must say I'm very confused why it got deleted by a diamond mod. It's not a great answer but I see nothing that justifies outright deletion and bypassing of the vote system.

@BenVoigt It had two "not an answer" flags. That said, I'm not seeing it either; for that guy's problem, it's a really good suggestion - and without the comment, a likely one for someone else to post.

@JeremyBanks I believe it was Waffles - I'd have to check, but I'm pretty sure it got added in along with the add post notice and custom bounty features.

And yeah... I'd kinda forgotten about it too. AFAIK, it's only linked to from the mod tools, even though it's accessible to everyone.

The funny thing is, the .com is not even registered

Meaning this works only if I'm dumb enough to actually answer instead of just registering the .com myself.

On the other hand, this is a cool business model. Set up a script that looks for .net / .org domains that have no matching .com, and start sending out E-Mails.

You just need 10 responses for this to provide a great salary. And everyone's happy.
