The problem is that you have over 50 deleted questions that are all of low quality and don't contribute to the site. The only way to fix this is to have your questions get cleaned up enough that you can show that you are a positive contribution to the site. Really it's something that I can't quite comment on as I don't know the specifics of your deleted questions, I just happen to be privy to that fact
yeh but i did not know that i was not supposed to delete questions. i just tried to keep my account clean by removing those questions that were not answered or anwered incorrectly..

@developer When asking questions on SO, treat it as if you were in a public forum with a million people watching. Essentially, that is what you are doing.
@developer When asking questions, forget everything you know about your problem, then read your question out loud as if you were the person who could provide the solution. Ask yourself "Is there enough information here to actually answer this?" "Did I show some effort by using accepted rules in writing?"
