@Moshe hmmm... they skipped the 2nd and the 5th iteration of the loop.
If you look carefully after the first iteration they flip two numbers as correct -- actually only one is correct via the algorithm.
They did the next one right (while the next two were in the right spot -- so it was not a different algorithm) then they flipped two again on the next iteration.
Plus at the end they assume the optimization of having a bool to see if any swaps happen -- I can let them get away with that -- but flipping two at once... it is just wrong.
Plus the implementation of insertion sort is moronic... it should be faster than bubble sort not slower. They really did not show how insertion sorts works. You don't change which element you pick to insert. sigh not how it works at all.
@drachenstern I'd assume because of "security" concerns of having your email in the cloud.
@drachenstern Of course you can configure gmail to act as a pop server so you get the nice spam blocking and store it locally -- then it has the same security as any other server. But people are squeamish about google having their information sometimes. (shrug).

@SankarGanesh Generally, titles are nice, but the decision comes down to personal esteem and financial compensation. If you are lacking either one, it may be wise to consider moving

@SankarGanesh The title itself is only as meaningful as the team you manage and the quality they produce. If you currently only manage a small group .. and everyone is frustrated .. it might not be the company to be a senior developer for. Why not change and work to get the same position in the new company?

Don't put too much pride into what your business card says, it's better to be proud of what you accomplish. In this industry, having a balanced life is hard to accomplish.. sounds like you have a chance to do that while earning MORE money .. so I would probably take it

Ok. You could try a container, within a container. The outer container would be 700px (or w/e limit you want to set) and would have the overflow-x: scroll. The inner container would be larger. However, You'd still need to adjust the width of the inner container or set something huge on it.
