The original had the cops chasing you. If they caught you, you lost half your cash and your all your items. In comparison this is less harsh. I do see the harshness and will lower it in the next update. .

Make em double or triple rands in a space 50% larger (to flatten the curve substantially) and that should work better, at least it'll be more random and less of a thwack

Just some feedback from roughly 12 hours playing now. Not all in a row. Fun otherwise. Good distribution of random on the prices. Are you using the native libraries for rand?

@drachenstern I don't think I can remove Funazushi completely, it's an achievement and those can't be removed. I can make it much more rare though, and modify the behavior of the mob.

@Fosco interesting. I think I used a script like that once to serve content but that was a side effect - not showing the path to the end user.

What's worse is that you could probably make a wavebot that adds just that.

Indeed, a common way of vandalizing waves was to adding enough bots to them, and leveraging their positive feedback synergy to bring value to the discussion on a web 2.0 topical future-enabled wave.

The take-away learn is that Wave didn't leverage enough jQuery.
