I didn't mean that like a cliche, but the cursor is often ignore, or doesn't have a big enough feedback target.

Also, @TylerChacha, the summary on the sidebar is too wide for the sidebar, text is cut off on the right.

Looks promising. Needs a slightly better UI, although I love the simplicity.

Also, some features are naturally missing, but it's good.

Wave required a login and then a long wait until everyone loaded.

If you integrate OpenID and use jQuery/AJAx, you'll do better.

I'm sure CNET has had some write-ups on Wave which you can read to get some ideas of why it failed and how to capitalize on their mistakes.
