well all 4 dogs from my picture were rescued from killing stations in spain, romania and portugal so we don't know what kinda breeds they belong but they all look like crossbreed

In Kassel (thats the town were i live in Germany) there is an organisation which offer to rescue dogs from killing stations in europe. But they can only rescue the dogs if they find someone to take them and to pay the "shipping", veterinary etc.

One of them was found on an abandonded farm nearly starved

the other ones were living one the street and catched by some officials

Some countries in europe just kill those dogs using gas or poison

So people with a heart for dogs can rescue some of those lonely souls.

It's a hard job to socialise these dogs, cause all contact they had to human was bad before they came here. Some of them are afraid of nearly everything

In Israel we have few organizations that help animals, rescue them, etc, but very few, all funded from donations, and all only in specific cities inside the country.

And yes, few cities kill straw dogs, not sure how though.

Others sterilize them.

@TobiasTheel you can, but no UI for this. You have to first get the ID of your own message, then start a new message with :[id here] and it will ping yourself. e.g. :6564548 boo will reply to @Zoe's last message

i'm currently building a little christmas themed game in unity.. ok right at the moment i'm working on the Menu UI

Well, i used libGDX before i came to unity. It's a good feeling to get stuff done.

And these easy to use Engines provide that feeling quite often, as i don't have to write everything by myself

I'm a fan of LWJGL

+ there's an Android port of it, so it's easier converting Android projects to desktop and the other way around

@ZoetheShadowLady That's totally true. It took me like half a year to accept, that Unity is forcing me to write ugly code and i couldn't control everything. But i want to finish my projects that's why i never switched back to other engines

@ShadowWizard Yes and no... the bot detects the ":1" as the syntax for chat replies. Maybe the bot should check if the referred message actually exists and is in the same room, but those HTTP requests will be useless the majority of times.
