@KevinBrown I don't know, but I used to have a script for top unregistered users on a site: getting top users via /users method, and filtering by user_type field. Takes a while because one can't filter by that field server-side, and only 100 are returned at once.

"no registration required" was emphasized on SO from day 1.

Eventually had to be edited out there, because SO and a few other sites do require registration to post questions now. One can still post answers (and thus acquire rep) anywhere on SE network without registering.
