Hm. It was supposed to be some kind of experimental graduation "with a twist", but now it seems back to normal: SE will do the whole privileges - election - design thing at once.
@ASCIIThenANSI Nah, I don't think that's what's holding it back. It is a... special kind of site. Questions are asked not because someone needs an answer, but to pose a challenge, and hence are much harder to come up with.

Plus, using <br /> in HTML is confusing because it implies that XML self-closing style works in HTML, but in fact <div /> is actually equivalent to <div>.

@AlexisKing Based on the responses I got from a couple of moderators, they believe SO is the correct site for such a question. That isn't to say that some voters won't try to close-vote them anyway, but still.

Chrome is no longer the lightweight browser it once was. Google really needs to rethink their plugin strategy, especially with their push for push notifications.

Use ConvertFiles . Its is a free service, but its secure. Ive been using it for years.
