@PeterJ I have so many inappropriate comments that could be made to that question. I'll be a good citizen and keep them to myself while chuckling though.

Well, there are connection problems around the network, so I guess we can wait until the connections are restored and it auto-restarts.
@rene I know, but that's related to chat stars and shouldn't be too much of a problem -- I've sent a ChatExchange pull request but Smokey would just restart when someone stars something.
Who's good at SQL and SEDE data? I build/modified this query to show the question that are the most duplicated question close target. Now I'd like to see a list of original->close target
when I do something like: this or this, I get the post.id and relatedpostid as equal values. So, what'd I mess up on the second/third query?

So @Nuke, your request is invalid since I don't have such thing. :D
I cannot explain this any more clearly and it has literally driven me insane.
A few weeks ago my netbook's Windows 8 system clock started changing randomly while it was powered on and being used, so after battling with it for days I gave in and changed the CMOS battery even though I was highly s...
I imagine "clock stopped working windows 8.1" is probably a popular Google search that yields a lot of crap that nobody finds particularly helpful in their case.

@JoshuaDwire You can't delete your own account if you started a bounty. And eventually the staff (me) would catch on. Especially since you just told me your plan. Mwuahahaha
I'm saying views isn't generally a good indicator of whether content is valuable. It could just mean it has common search terms that people search for on Google a lot.
@animuson Like I said, that answer probably helped a minimum of 62 anonymous people and didn't help 45 anonymous people, plus many others who didn't vote.
Anyone have an idea why an edit within 2 minutes of posting an answer is recorded in the revision history? I thought the system doesn't record revisions to posts if the revision occurs within 5 minutes of the previous revision (or posting)...
Jarrod whipped this up this past week, and the behavior should now be live. Edits will be rolled into the previous revision if the previous revision was created by the same author and none of the following conditions are present:
The previous revision was created 5 minutes or more in the past

This is an unofficial list of new features and various changes to Stack Overflow and the Stack Exchange network.
It is maintained by the community, but a Stack Exchange developer changes the Accepted Answer to ensure that the latest changes remain on top (given default user settings).

I was viewing StackOverflow for questions. Then I saw one error notification in firefox debug tool. I further inspected and found this.

People here don't seem to understand the depreciation of SHA-1. It's not because it's known to be insecure or anything; it's simply weaker than SHA-2 & people want to switch sites off of SHA-1 before there's any issue found with SHA-1.
