It was handled swiftly, but now there is no longer a single point of failure upstream of us at PEAK — we’re being served by two different switches on two different internet connections. We had an IIS server in the pool that wasn't re-directing correctly. I've recycled the server and it is redirecting correctly now.
I'm looking into how we can prevent this in the future.

The title sucks, but it's really very simple - given an array and a starting element, cycle between one element above, below, then two element above, and below the starting element. For example:
