@ShadowWizard I think Badges tab at the header (Questions, Tags, Users, B̶a̶d̶g̶e̶s̶, Unanswered, Ask Question) of SE site. Because it is the topic of Help center ; more precisely Badges and Privileges are provided in Help center home page (in the center).

I mean no need to provide Badges and Privileges at home page as it is easily found at help center. Or Why not providing Privileges also? (why only Badges) at the header? What do you think? @ShadowWizard

@Pandya There is a going-on-but-pretty-dead game in this chat room: there is a chain of words where each word is an associated with the previous word in some way. The bot participates in this game but it has difficulties with seeing if a message is a "chain word" or just a normal chat message.
