well, duh, it's a different browser engine

So indeed, things do render differently. And I've found Chrome to be slower than Firefox.

(my laptop is in general very slow already, but Firefox is still faster than Chrome here)

And I'm using gmail both for work and personal use, so with Chrome it's easy to have two profiles, each synchronized with the proper account

Also FF has a better JavaScript-ECMAScript6 support and better privacy.

And Firefox has a Sync too. :P

And Firefox is completely open-source, Chrome is based on the open-source Chromium.

The only thing that Chrome's web dev tools have and Firefox's not, that's Web Socket inspection. But fortunately I don't have to use that.
