@berserk not exactly. We have mandatory service of 3 years when we are 18, then one year of "freedom" then each year until we are 40, we must go to the reserve army if needed, for training of for... missions.
So I finished the 3 years long time ago, but still got the once-a-year thing

@ShadowWizard That dupe of the "wrong answer" question is a dupe but, slightly ironically, that answer is not really very useful any more, as it's old and... wrong. And, personally, I don't think that significantly editing an existing answer to make it correct is a good policy.
