@ShadowWizard Yes, that's something I plan to add later.
Uh oh, bot crashed:
> ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='chat.meta.stackexchange.com', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /events (Caused by <class 'httplib.BadStatusLine'>: '')
@SPArchaeologist Yes, it does. I have two options to make sure that it does not repeat: taking a random word (not 100% sure that it won't repeat) or take the second (or third ...) if the previous one in the list is already said.
guys what you think of a new rule: even though the last word usually "wins", in case of the bot we can still reply to the previous word (assuming of course both words point to same ancestor)
@ProgramFOX another feature request: since it's common to explain relation in brackets, ignore any text in brackets and if left with one word, use it. What do you think?
By the way, needless to say but @ProgramFOX has been awarded the "Frankenstein" spell, level 12 spell (highest level) that allows one to create beings more powerful than himself. Congrats!
@rene The bot wouldn't reply because it is a link. The bot only replies to messages in the format "@user word", and it ignores stuff between parentheses.
No, you cannot. Well, you can, but it won't do anything. I have control over many things, but not over the words, because I get them from an external site.
