Follow up on my job role change: I'm now unofficially the company's Chief Nudger: since I can't solve many tickets only by myself, I have to keep nudging those who can solve them. In the past tickets just sat there until they became non relevant. Hmm... this reminds me of a certain place.... lol

Well, countries either woke to COVID-19 when their first deaths appeared, or when everyone else was already talking about it. In the former case, you first had a dozen deaths in the first week authorities found out, and in the latter, You get lots of cases before any deaths. Sad to say, you are going to hear about deaths.
