@ShadowWizard, it looks like some people were upset because I asked in ID question if OP may remember some details (didn't donwvote) Also I edited a ID post to correct tags, rewrite the title and remove the "thanks", then I upvoted. The guy rolled back then I removed my upvote The are the meanest things I've done these days :)
@ShadowWizard, I would like to discuss about something and I don't know if it has already been discussed (my research didn't point me to existing questions).
It's about new users being unable to comment, hence commenting in answer, resulting poor answer resulting in downvotes, so it's a bad welcomming for them

I'll start by acknowledging that I understand why new users are not allowed to post comments. The fear is that comments will be used for spamming purposes.
Observation:
What I see is new users posting bad answers that are either mostly comments or outright comments in the place ...
