Since this Saturday there was no new episode, I have taken my time to replay Kingdom Hearts.
Results: since I decided to play by role, I ended up starting in proud mode, choosing the shield and middle of night.
All of that after viewing by chance a "let's play" on youtube, from a player claiming to be playing in proud mode.
'Nuff said.... he had chosen sword and gave up shield... I did the opposite. Yet, "mysteriously" in his game a single attack from Waka would do much less damage to him that it would to me.

if you're looking for a non-point&click mmorpg, you are not left with that much choice. I don't think you should be too picky. I would just focus on the gameplay and compare the current titles, then pick what fits me best
by that I mean, @SPArchaeologist should at least try out a suggestion before shooting it down ;) since I'm assuming he hasn't actually tried the game yet
@ShadowWizard First, like I said in my vision a character is something lend to us by the original creator. So, that is why I despise any form of "pun" if you could call it that way that mock or otherwise corrupts the original projection.
About the rest, will say it only once and hope it is enough to close that chapter. There are series, books, movies and so on that only points to so called "fanservice" to sell. And that is also what I despise too.
If you need to resort to that, probably you didn't have much to tell.
@SPArchaeologist reason I'm asking is because you seem very fluent in english, and use advanced wording that other people don't. To me you come across as either someone that has studied the English language (perhaps you teach University level English) or someone more intellectual than most, at least very adept to learning
when you're talking I don't always understand what you're saying, it feels like we're on different levels
@DroidDev if internet has one good thing in it is that anything you reply can be though, reflected on, pondered... you have the time to ask yourself if you really think what you write. So you have potential to actually behave better than what you would do normally, when you often say things that you don't wanted due to anger and such.
@ShadowWizard To define uncouth without begin uncouth first hand. This is an interesting question too, but I am afraid that you must just suffice with what I said before.
well not so much site-specific, but lately I've been looking into what makes people behave/work differently from others. I wonder in what quantity that IQ matters in these things. That's why I asked
anyway, even funnier. If someone saw that "Mistery Inc." reboot for Scooby Doo maybe he/she also noticed how the ending was basically VERY similar to that MLP premiere I got you to watch @dro
....and when some relative hand me their kid(infant), I am usually out of ideas of what to do. So, I just sit there and keep looking at kid, until (s)he starts crying and I have a chance to give it back to parents ;D
@ShadowWizard I mostly like to live alone. Don't have many friends. Only some very good close old friends. Though, I am friendly, but I just don't keep up most of friendships.

@DroidDev well I used to hang out in the HTLM / CSS room on main SO chat, to just chat when I'm bored, but also learn new things about webdevelopment. But my new job blocks main SO chat (but not meta chat for some reason) so I've been looking for a new chat / place to stay and hang when I'm bored during work
haha, I just went for an interview in another company. HR there was shocked after I told them my experience and current salary. I don't think they'll ever call me back
