More importantly - (1) there's a large consumer base (read: $$$ for big pharma) and (2) they are willing to pay for it; there's real value.

Of course, this is coming from someone who has HORRIBLE eyesight without correction... and still hasn't gotten Lasik.

The colorscheme on beta sites is blueish and "cold" but this yellow color of the questions which contain your favourite tags dizzies me pretty much. The earlier beta theme used light blue, which is apparently used by MSE now. Please revert to the old good light blue.
