also, I have noticed 153 unread notifications and when I tried to open the notification window, Chrome crashed completely.

This is my first time with close and reopen votes on Stack Overflow, so I'm kind of a noob at it.

It looks like a homework to me. I can understand why it was closed.

This user has been suggesting minor edits for the last several hours. The edits consist of adding broad tags to questions because "it related with the question."

They ignored my comment about an hour ago requesting more substantial changes
