I found a possibility to retrieve all the votes under any post (including per-site meta), like they would appear in a reputation tab, with a difference: not separated by days (i.e. all the days in one list)
No idea if this would be useful anywhere, so I'm not going to use it anyhow

Funny thing: since per-site metas don't actually have any visible reputation, we can see that the old votes were never recalculated and result in +5 instead of modern +10
