@V2Blast larger, so it means less smart as well? ;)
@Luuklag how old is your oldest? My oldest is 12, think she started to learn swimming at 6, didn't really swim until she was 8, so had to take more classes lol. Middle son is now 9, he got it right the first time when he was 7 or so. Youngest is 5, still waiting. :D
@ShadowTheKidWizard She's 6. She started when she was still 5. Already got her first "diploma", now doing her second and third simultaniously. Planned to finish in about 1,5 months from now.
She really loves to swim, always has, so she was pretty experienced before she started her classes
@ShadowTheKidWizard Another thing: Most stuff I make is done with patterns made by professional designers. Those things often come with a warning that you buy the pattern and can make the thing, but not sell the thing.
@Tinkeringbell as long as you deviate from the pattern a bit, add two or three rows of extra loops or something you can just say it is inspired on the pattern, but not made after it
@Luuklag lol, reminds me of the worst passport fake ever done, read about it yesterday. Syrian citizen faked, probably by himself, an Israeli passport. It has typos all over, including in Israel name itself. :D
A lot of my job was "set an alarm, do a 30 second to 4 min thing that actually involves no inputs, take a photo with your phone, and post it to whatsapp
Oh damn, I just sold someone a subscription to an ancient API we have running, since even before I was in the company, and now it doesn't behave like the manual describes. It's hosted externally, and hasn't been maintained, software wise, in at least 10 years :/
Since the company that build it, is no longer in buisnes. I might be able to track down a former employee of them, that does free lance stuff these days, but I'd be lucky to get him to have a look in the next 6-8 weeks :/
At least found the project it was in, its a 2011 project :/
@ShadowTheKidWizard nope, not an option. They where pressured by another client of ours, who buy stuff from them indirectly, who were in their place pressured by another client of ours, which is a major player in the industry
@ShadowTheKidWizard well it's not really about how questions get hot but only about how these are presented at sidebar. Your screen shot makes a good example btw - 4 slots occupied by Puzzling questions leave no room hot questions from other sites and FR suggests a way to make sidebar more diverse by making such cases less likely to happen
@JourneymanGeek coder here, but staying away from blockchains so no idea, lol. But surely there are enough who know their way and can spot mistakes. ;)
@JourneymanGeek make it +23/41 once it's edited, but yeah, the answer is good and clear, the question, less so, kind of.
Think it's less from people who don't like the idea, more from people who still don't understand the idea.
@SPA something odd, it's been really long time since you pushed the red button, wonder if it's me becoming more innocent, or you becoming less around here? ;)
hmm I did talk yesterday about stuff that might trigger your button though, so not too late...
TL;DR: We’re preparing to upgrade Google Analytics to version 4.
A few months ago, the Google Analytics (GA) cookie was recategorized as a “Performance Cookie”. Users who have access to site analytics saw a drop in reported page views for their respective communities. Earlier this year, Google an...
@Tinkeringbell your taking things even easier with instant noodles?
mmmm now to find out how to save a .php file from the webserver :/
ouch, what a mess this is
