returning spammer from last week datascience.stackexchange.com/a/113137

6:43 AM
returning some more! ^

@M.A.R. showing them the love they want would make them break down even faster though.

actually they seem to have edited it into a vaguely acceptable post now, no promotion

7:08 AM
@tripleee there was no promotion before as well.
Looks like it was copied from somewhere, but didn't find the source.

@Tinkeringbell some do mess with SharePoint though.

@SPArcheon yeah, another fossil. :D

@Feeds Just build a computer big as a planet and have that calculate the question

8:33 AM
@ShadowTheKidWizard not just any fossil.

@SPArcheon Microfossil?
They're a fossil for few decades already.

in this specific case, I was more thinking about the specific fossil "class". But let's be polite and avoid further comments...

I've worked with SharePoint back in 2008, sadly, and it was horrible, had to hack my way in any single task. And 10000% sure nothing has changed or improved since.

@ShadowTheKidWizard To be fair much has indeed changed.
Problem is that quite often the horrible things of the past have been replaced by different yet still horrible new things.

@SPArcheon exactly.

8:46 AM
but... they added "much wow, such useful" features...
Did you know that now you can browse SharePoint in VR mode too?

My mind "forgot" the details, but the horrible overall impression can't be erased from my memory. :D

@SPArcheon rofl
So useful.
Wonder if Microsoft already have NFT of SharePoint?

@ShadowTheKidWizard mumble.... this now is interesting....

9:32 AM
@SPArcheon yeah, they should have. :)

11:00 AM
more outages today?

apparently

MSE still works, other sites are down for me

@ShadowTheKidWizard they already did a presentation using Funko.
So Trash^2
Considering Funko is also vile enough to be in the NFT market....
see for example
sorry, had to copy-paste since chat has no paste option to use when upload from url fails....
something a random employee with a Steven Universe avatar could take notice off btw...
Anyway, back on topic... they could do an NFT collection of Microsoft employees funko
.... Seems also appropiate. Microsoft Japan had actual anime figures...
like the old Claudia.
so, it would be the old finely crafted Japanese anime figure VS horribly ugly funko once again

11:32 AM
@SPA not what I had in mind, but that would also work! :D

@ShadowTheKidWizard I don't think even SharePoint deserves to be associated with Funko
those eldritch abominations should be deserved for the lowest spires of the abyss

11:49 AM
And as usual, Smokey doesn't report local spam here.

@ShadowTheKidWizard your report has been noted and the spammer obliterated.

@JourneymanGeek thanks!

12:24 PM

@ShadowTheKidWizard brews a cup of mocha for @Slate

and now we wait
@SmokeDetector k

@ShadowTheKidWizard Every time you post that name, I read it as "Deathstroke".

@SPArcheon every time? I don't think I've posted that name more than couple of times... ;)

@SPArcheon That looks nothing alike. Maybe you should get your eyes checked...

12:30 PM
Well I have shorter association, can't share it here though... and think you all know what I mean..... :D :D

@Mithical maybe you should check the real name of Deathstroke, that was the joke :P

Slate is pretty unique though!
@SPArcheon joke crashed

Deathstroke (Slade Joseph Wilson) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, the character debuted in The New Teen Titans #2 in December 1980 as Deathstroke the Terminator.He is usually depicted as being among the deadliest and most expensive assassins in the DC Universe and is a prominent enemy of several superhero teams, most notably the Teen Titans, the Titans, and the Justice League. He is also a prominent adversary to individual heroes such as Dick Grayson (as Robin and later Nightwing), Batman, and Green Arrow...

Hi guys, I came across this question and I wanted to answer:
This should not be fixed ... does not hinder a user's use of the site ... most people don't open that box anyways.

Is this answer viable? I don't think these small bugs should be fixed?
