Well at least spammer put picture of herself, that's rare. Usually they just send spam bots or hire people to spam on their behalf.

@SonictheSaveUkraine-hog this is incorrect. I have sock with 126 rep and it does not have the privilege. It still require 1000 reputation to get the established user privilege, on MSE.
They just put a MSE-only hack in place to let users with 100+ rep see vote counts.
I tried to tell the developer doing it that it's now confusing, but meh, looks like it's not going to be changed.
@ShadowWizardSaysNoMoreWar The help center page only mentions the ability to view vote counts. If that were taken out here, it would leave the page empty.
I meant from a practical perspective, not a technical perspective. For the latter I'm completely aware; I filed the bug report before posting the message here.
@ShadowWizardSaysNoMoreWar The official privilege isn't awarded at 100 rep, no. However, effectively, the abilities granted by the privilege are now awarded at 100 rep instead of 1000.
