pretty much every "good" question on SO was the result of someone asking for help with their own poorly researched problem. however... at a certain point those common issues have all been asked, just in ways that people today can't find them. for one reason or another

such as, not understanding the problem to begin with and searching for Y instead of X

i don't think debugging questions should be effectively frowned upon, just... maybe there can be some kind of separation

@KevinM.Mansour It's entirely not responsive for me right now. I've no idea if this is intentional or a bug, it's essentially impossible for regular users to evaluate "partially responsive" layouts

I'm relegated to mobile a lot of the time. Having mod tools be usable on a phone is important.

They are different posts, about different spots on the road to responsiveness; if you look at it as rep. it's a gain, if you view it as "people want different fixes" then it's swung back to positive (and no one went back to the prior post to retract their downvotes now they're happy or lost interest)
