@Tinkeringbell Yes, there's a bug report here that needs to be marked as completed.
There was an FAQ which mentioned this, which I've updated.
08:25
@SonictheCuriouserHedgehog MSE mods usually don't do those, so if you want that, you're going to have to raise a flag and be very patient. Thanks for taking care of the faq!

Always wondered why something would be flagged, declined, then deleted (or whichever); surely it's the wrong button pushing - nothing else we can say, unless we're ....
10:06
@Rob Perhaps it's deleted for a different reason then it was flagged for? I close/delete blatantly off-topic posts, but I decline VLQ or spam flags on those posts ;)

@Tink, That could be an explanation for others but I can't recall the last VLQ flag I made here, though I handle quite a few from others (in the queue). As for spam flags, if it's undeniably spam I flag it as such; and that should stand. I don't mis-flag off-topic posts as VLQ or spam, because they are neither. Similarly I don't misuse the queues for downvotes, or otherwise try to create extra work to fix nor bend things; the only possible exception is
adding a "Duplicate" that is further away than the existing one, causing additional listings in the close banner (which is intended to be helpful, as it links similar content together and doesn't override the existing votes).
These are not the drones you are looking for ...

Is it possible to which posts were deleted more than one hour ago?
13:28
Perhaps after SEDE updates next Sunday? But otherwise I would say no, you can only see your own, recently deleted posts.
13:59
10k tools has recent deleted posts but on SO that list is utterly useless as it shows at max 50 posts or so.

@rene yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I thought it only displays posts that are deleted within the last hour.
@Tinkeringbell You mean my own deleted posts, without the "recently"?
@AnnZen here on MSE I can see on the last30 days tab posts that are deleted on Feb 16. For obvious reason most deletes are caused by spam or off-topic questions. I guess without that spam deleted posts the list would be more useful.
On SO it max an hour what we can see.
@AnnZen Not sure, I thought regular users could only see their own deleted posts for a limited period.
15:23
@Tinkeringbell you can see your own posts - even if its an answer to a deleted question
You can't find them unless you have a link
Ah, okay :)
(I used to joke that I was trying to get 10k to see one SPECIFIC post, and ended up that I could see it anyway when they changed the rules)
I remember that joke :)
that was at least 60K ago ._.

@rene Yes, it's tough to find a flat spot to land; and avoid a busted axel.

@JourneymanGeek Rep accumulates fast if you post regularly here :)

@Rob The false color image shows that there's an enormous journey ahead, just to check out the different types of areas.
Oh, I'm pretty close to one post a day here
and that's a sure formula (with good answers) for accumilating rep
Yeah, I need to work on the frequency, and the 'good' bit too :P

True, people have used it as a road to ruin.

@user400654 you're not random enough ;)
Try posting other stuff than toilets more often.

They were on an unexplained toilet strike for more than a week, a few weeks back; constipation?
unexplained deletion of toilets was the cause of that
clearly someone was offended by it, so i stopped
I mean, they were kinda badly-timed at times, and could be taken personally :)
I think you're more fun to talk with when you use letters anyways.
🚽
Okay. I'll take the hint and won't talk to you ever again :P

Damn.
@JNat Sorry, it's this one: stackexchange.com/users/20758493/c0mrade0
@Ollie do you prefer that is moved / deleted?
Moved?
I can move it to the bin for you. But maybe better is if an mod deletes it to prevent confusing jnat
@rene Oh yeah.
Delete it, please.
@Tinkeringbell?
BTW @Tinkeringbell, here's a spam account: meta.stackexchange.com/users/945187/misty-amorris
It's gone :)

Q: Community Manager Tips from the Community

MachavityWith the arrival of valued associate #820, it seems like we really need a community-based list of tips for new Community Managers to know when they take up their new mantle with a mega-diamond. What would you like a new CM to know about when they start? Please avoid "political" rants (i.e. SE is ...

An attempt to produce a community "manual" for new CMs
Neat idea.

@user400654 Something came up:
@JNat This user's location is Iran and they have an Iranian name: The user's profile alludes to a racial stereotype about "Indians" which might be a joke or might be serious, but might offend some Indians who don't like being that racial stereotype: mattermodeling.stackexchange.com/users/1765/sina-m I just thought I'd point it out since there's no "flag" button for profiles, just posts.
@user1271772 just flag a post, any post and link to the profile.
20:48
Thanks @Luuklag .. while I didn't find any racial stuff, apparently the term is also used sarcastically so I changed it out ;)
