So my brother had this little cactus, managed to let it die (no water :|). Puts the dead brown cactus corps on top of the washing machine with the intent to later take it downstairs and throw it away...

Mom decided to go do laundry, somehow the cactus probably got stuck to a piece of laundry and in the machine.

One wash cycle later and *everything* is covered in little pieces of dead cactus spikes :|

They have toilets only in the Space Station.

A space toilet, or zero gravity toilet is a toilet that can be used in a weightless environment. In the absence of weight, the collection and retention of liquid and solid waste is directed by use of air flow. Since the air used to direct the waste is returned to the cabin, it is filtered beforehand to control odor and cleanse bacteria. I'm honestly hoping the whole Corona thing is fixed some day. Going out sometimes to join some previous teammates at their VrijMiBo is one of the few things I am starting to miss after the last one was over half a year ago.

Yep, I know. My grandparents aren't in an elderly home but they're both kinda fragile too. They'll be over on Sunday, just because we can distance a bit more properly in our home than in their small house.

Next weekend I have a party, which means that it'll be at least three weeks before I'll see them again.

I saw her last sunday for the 1st time in almost 3 months. Only spoke with her over the phone a few times but it is utterly confusing for her.

Yeah, mine are only now beginning to 'get' it. When we went over just before Easter to drop off some flowers, she pulled me into a hug O.o

At that point, I don't think I'd even been working from home for 2 weeks.

it is scary. She lives way up north so I guess that helped.

that's kinda why i'm against them not being anonymous. Even if there were more reactions, if you're clicking reactions, you've also likely recently or will soon cast a vote, assuming you have the ability to do so

well give it time... these sites are too big for it to not happen.

so it gives some... less than accurate things people can use to cast blame

that's why, for greater transparency, we need a full public accounting of every logged-in user who can vote that reviewed the page.
