@Moshe Yes. There's a specific rule against this for Stack Overflow's community ads for the obvious reason that advertisers can easily purchase ad space there, but on the smaller sites that don't run out-of-house ads you're permitted to put an ad for something that involves a fee.
(and obviously if the community isn't receptive to that they just won't vote up your answer; I'll also source Grace Note for support of what I said above)

@JeremyBanks What do you mean? For scraping? I know the general idea of what the page looks like. I have a good idea of the organization and how often they will be changing this. It's one of two forms on the page, and it's not the first one.
