Shog's already been through this a few times. He's been clear - specifically to Sonic - that if he minds the pings, he'll just ignore them. ... and he gave a long list of "rules" for pinging... At this point, I've decided that it's better to just ignore it and let Shog manage it himself. He's certainly been dealing with it for long enough at this point.

MS used to have their own site for that, but it seems to have disappeared

They've also taken down their form for reporting stolen product keys for older Windows operating systems

(They used to accept them for many years, stretching all the way down to Windows 2000 product keys)

Trivia: I once got a bug in IE fixed by creating a page that would crash your browser if you visited it, and then linking to it in various places. Good times!

I don't know that that's necessarily unique... Andy's step brother does a lot of Android development and says that he tries to report issues to Google all the time and they're usually ignored.
