@ShadowWizard nothing that I could find. I even considered the idea that the router itself could be compromised but it still seem weird. Also, as I already said, the fact that there are similar reports on the web, some even on social.microsoft.com (where no official answer was given) starting from 2014 up to today is really bugging me off.

If this is really some elaborate hack, you would expect that over the course of 2 years Ms would have developed some countermeasure to block access from computers that disguise themselves as a MS owned server.

@oded for example, SE used to know 3 devices & 2 ip of mine, those got lags but no lag on any of the other devices. Then I started to use a tablet with new ip, no problem for the first few uses. Then today, I got lag on all 4 devices & 3 IPs. But now I am on an old phone with yet another sim card, this device & IP is the only one without astronomical amount of latency @ moment

A: Per-site "hot meta questions" are still hot after being deleted

The bulletin is updated once every hour. It'll be gone soon enough. The community bulletin is aggressively cached because it has to appear on a lot of pages, across both the child-Meta and the main site. As this (a hot Meta post being outright deleted) only happens rarely, I don't see any reason...

Though maybe for "featured" it's a different cache

The burnination request for the [godaddy], is on the community bulletin, featured, as of 17:32 UTC. The problem is that undo removed the tag from the question as 14:12:33Z, basically 3 hours and at least 1 forced cache refresh. Now, I'm aware that the list is cached, and there have been two cases...

@Mysticial it's can be a lot of work, and mods tend to get a lot of pushback when they do it. Also, there are proportionally few mods on SO compared to TWP. That's probably the biggest factor, really.

@zaq Maybe? Twitter can be hard to parse at times, and I've learned better than to ask for clarification from folks I don't know.
