@UNIKITTY2.0 you know you are NOT allowed to create new accounts to bypass suspension, right? And no matter how you call those accounts.

Ummm..
But before I was never suspended on SO

If you'll keep doing it you'll just get longer suspension on your main account.

It's only now

@UNIKITTY2.0 you probably upvoted yourself.

no
Whatever

7:02 PM
Well, that suspension didn't come out of nowhere that's for sure.

I'm back :-)

Hello back
@Sha with your new avatar you look like an unharvested banana. :)

I do not understand why I got not the app hat for this question: meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/313375/…

perhaps because it's on meta

I asked it with my mobile, but I added the image within the first 5 minutes an image on my desktop. I got the hat on mse this is a meta site too isn't it?

7:12 PM
Child metas don't have their own hats, but MSE has because it's not a child meta.

well this is an argument. In this case I need a downvote for that monkey hat... that mean if I understood it right

Well that rule is stupid not fully thought out. Getting hats on metas is harder.

indeed

absolutely

7:42 PM
@Ϻ.Λ.Ʀ. lol! banana... lol..... don't make me laugh too hard, I might piss my pants.... :D
but you know, it does look bit like the dancing banana...

7:53 PM
could someone edit code from this answer to the question, & delete the answer?

This post from a cross-site spammer still needs spam flags.

@AwesomePoodles gone, had to join Video.SE just to flag it :D
and said flag was binding

@cybermonkey Thanks! Edited your referenced post and cast a delete vote.

@AwesomePoodles cheers! :)

@cybermonkey Of course, then the OP came and undid the formatting and grammar fixes I made. :)

@SmokeDetector tpu-

is it really impossible to watch a bluray film on a windows desktop without ripping it?

@rekire no, providing you have a compatible drive & a compatible player (say, VLC), it'll work

VLC does not work.
The windows media player and the media player classic cannot play a bluray. I tried afterwards VLC and that says that I have no AACS codec

and DRM makes another person unhappy
2
I bet I could in Linux

8:15 PM
@Braiam But then you'd be guilty of treason, or some such, under the DMCA (or equivalent in your country).

eh, I'm consuming the product I own... the fact that I have to "rip" a media to consume it means that you are not satisfying my needs

that content mafia is really annoying I just want to watch a dammed film I bought
hm should I trust this player? virustotal.com/file/…

@rekire hell no
or you could always install it, and then run HerdProtect on your system to ensure it's safe
it's like Malware Bytes, but better

@Braiam what is that?

8:25 PM
> Valkyrie is a file verdict system. Different from traditional signature based malware detection techniques Valkyrie conducts several analysis using run-time behavior and hundreds of features from a file and based on analysis results can warn users against malwares undetected by classic Anti-Virus products.

@cybermonkey I just downloaded it from the biggest german download site with the same sha256 hash
@Braiam yeah I read that, but I'm still not sure if that is trustworthy, if I need to install it or if I can upload a binary there.

@Braiam sounds similar to HerdProtect, but more restricted (i.e, only one av instead of >56)

@cybermonkey not actually

I just checked that exe file from valkyrie.comodo.com

@rekire you can upload files... but seems like unregistered users can't..
wait, you can, just put a buggy sha1 string (as long as it isn't empty) then you can see an upload icon on the lower right part of the screen

8:30 PM
I can enter the sha1 too
