Wait, since when downvotes should rate quality?
I always assumed we were entitled to vote randomly if, for example, we just lost our keys.

Votes are for your use, however you want to use them. The one asterisk next to that statement is don't perform any fraudulent voting

Blech
I don't dare touch the link

Either it is a troll post or a check to see if the question will trigger spam filter OR the user has an actual problem.
if it is the later, I would be nice to know what is actually happening.
If that is a form of attack, I don't get its purpose.
Maybe it is an attack against the Google analytic ranking?
@UNICYCLEZRDEBESTINDEHERE Oh, nice... it is actually a thing.
Referrer spam (also known as log spam or referrer bombing) is a kind of spamdexing (spamming aimed at search engines). The technique involves making repeated web site requests using a fake referer URL to the site the spammer wishes to advertise. Sites that publish their access logs, including referer statistics, will then inadvertently link back to the spammer's site. These links will be indexed by search engines as they crawl the access logs. This technique does not harm the affected sites, just pollutes their statistics. This benefits the spammer because the free link improves the spammer site...

Probably this is the thing the user is experiencing. Still, he crossposted, so the question on SO has to be closed.

aww yiiiiis it's so cute when I can tell a girl did the risk benefit analysis and decided to go to the bathroom without waiting for the pass (and 15 people on the list before) since there's no benefit in waiting for the pass. especially so when it's rare that they need to go at all, shows good planning.
It's an instant IQ test, whether or not they just go.

Ideal homework q&a pair is one that is later found by many others and gives them enough so that they don't end up asking their own, similar, question.

9:44 PM
@NormalHuman IMO, ideally, the answer also shouldn't be something the OP can just copy-paste and hand in. Not just because Cheating Is Evil!!1!, but because the more of a reputation SE gets as a place when you can get easy answers to homework, the more repetitive low-quality homework questions we'll get.
