Q: can you solve my pc problem

facebook-664330233676744I have placed the earth wire of my CPU into live wire of plug and there was spark in my CPU can anyone tell what happened as my PC is not working now

Very low quality with a chance of trolling
This is very much a reversible effect. Instead of the earth wire, get the space wire. That should absorb the spark and restore CPU activity. — Bart 2 mins ago
definitely trolling

Close vote review (reason:duplicate) completed because someone added a tag. Is this how it's supposed to work?

Yeah.
> Edit if this question could be improved so that it does not need to be closed
There was a meta post about this, IIRC.

user259867
@hichris123 I understand that edit is an implicit "leave open". But binding?

7:32 PM
@FamousBlueRaincoat Well, that's how it works in other queues (LQP -> edit dequeues, Suggested Edits -> improve instantly approves/rejects edit, etc.)
Although Reopen Votes is different...

Q: Why does an Edit action kick a post out of the Close Votes queue?

animusonAccording to Emmett's answer, an Edit action on a post immediately dequeues it from the close votes queue. But why? That doesn't seem very productive. Just because someone edits a question doesn't necessarily mean it's no longer close-worthy. It seems more prone to abuse, as a user can just make ...

user259867
@rene Thanks for digging this up; I never read that post. The Reopening process only takes body edits into account: tag and title edits are not considered substantive enough to put the post into Reopen Queue. By the same token, they should not remove a post from the Close queue. Feature request coming soon to a meta near you...
