I was curious if anyone knows of a canonical post for low quality questions? Not very low quality questions, just low quality (as in rather basic), and how they should be handled.

All I can find is stuff about VLQ labelled as low quality in the title

@TravisJ It's a little unclear what kind of questions you have in mind; some "rather basic" questions generate tons of views and upvotes. Like Converting String to int in Java?
