@JeremyBanks Impossible? Sure, with that attitude. Just change the opening to,
> I came across this code in a project I have started working on - a project THAT SENDS MILLIONS OF SPAM MESSAGES WEEKLY.

> Based on the comments, it seems this is what selects which email address to receive spam, but I'm not sure how it works. What parameter should I change to increase the likelihood that it will pick your address?

@Shog9 It's a tempting idea, but unlike that question mine isn't locked to protected it from being deleted (again).

@JeremyBanks If Daniel hadn't already had the "turnaround" badge... then he would certainly have it now!

Hi - still me around. Just wondering. A mod can have access to old burinated user data or that info is limited to Unicorn Mods of the mighty staff? I just found a strange answer on SharePoint that remember me of some old spam. User name seems to be the same and I suspect that the "smart" guy has created a new account...

Hi - just wondering. Why on most of the review queues when you review an item that you have already reviewed you get a button "I am done" from the start but on the Low quality queue you must still select an action delete/looks good etc? Why is flagging non an option for a low quality review?
suppose I get a first post and I flag it as "Not an answer". What should I do when the same post shows up in the "low quality" queue?

@Shog9 Yeah I just saw the two today.
Three total for the week.

@SPArchaeologist Because flagging puts things in the LQ review queue

Can I get a sanity check on voting to close this question?
(and some additional close votes if you agree)
ThiefMaster wins. Flawless victory.

The data dumps are once a week now right?

I believe the Data Explorer is updated once a week now.

No, the data dumps are still fairly erratic I think. But Data Explorer is updated weekly.

OK got it. Thanks.
I was getting the two confused.

Pops-Perturbing Pedantic Problem of the Day: when speed tests claim I get download speeds better than 5.0Mbps, but my de facto speed while actually downloading large files is less than 0.2Mbps.

7:08 PM
@PopularDemand yes, that's annoying as all can be

POPS SMASH
(...which leads to the purchase of an expensive new router that doesn't solve the problem.)

Hey all. I think I've noticed a trend of revenge downvoting by a user whose suggested edits get rejected. The evidence is a bit too large to put into a flagged post for the user. What's the best way to report that?
I can present some of it here, but don't want to call out a specific user without 100% knowing if it's a legitimate observation.

Since you're clearly willing to use the chat system, perhaps you could get a mod to create a private chatroom for you two to discuss it.
Either by asking for one here and getting lucky, or submitting a flag with some of the info and saying "I'd be happy to visit chat to discuss further."

Is there some sort of bat^H^H^Hmod signal for that?

What site?

SO

Hey, @mmyers? @TimPost? @Flexo? @Gordon? (None of those names auto-completed, so it doesn't look good.)
@Shog9? @AnnaLear?

sup?

@ThiefMaster has been in here recently.

@PopularDemand huh?

7:19 PM
@RobHruska email us - team@stackexchange.com

Any SO mods in the TL or otherwise known to be available?
Or that.

Sounds good, I'll whip up an email. It's nothing major, just something a bit low.

And good call on not posting any accusations publicly.
Right or wrong, that never ends well.

Indeed. Thanks all.

Great, now that that's taken care of, we can all get back to solving my Internet speed problems. Right? ...hello?

7:22 PM
@PopularDemand Please hold. Your call is very important to us.

I don't hear any muzak. What kind of two-bit operation are you people running over there?

@PopularDemand hey hey hey, there's also that room on chat.se (The Assembly)
@PopularDemand SIGFAULT

@AnnaLear Email sent, thanks for jumping in to point me in the right direction.

@jcolebrand I thought that was a public room... never visited it. Or were you just saying to go there to look for available mods?

7:36 PM
@RobHruska any time

Ah, shizzles. I sent it to team@stackoverflow.com

@RobHruska same diff

Will that get there?
Okay neat.

> Please hold. Your patience is very important to us.
I used to work for a company that made call tree systems, and I was always trying to get a client to get on board with that hold message.
I imagine very few people would notice.

@RobHruska Got the email. Nice catch! I'll have to see if there's anything to it, but that well spotted either way. :)

8:51 PM
Thanks @AnnaLear - it just seemed fishy when the downvotes hit me.

9:35 PM
@jadarnel27 Please hold, your payments are important to us.
