My aunt almost misconnected on her journey from India to here, and if she didn't make it, she'd have to wait a week for the next available one

My aunt live in the USA for about 40 years, used to come over to visit every year at first, but in the last 10 years can't do it anymore, her husband is ill and can't fly, or be left alone.
