Should there be a statute of limitations for 10k flags? Seems kinda weird to give a 30-minute slap on the wrist for something that went unnoticed for a week.

like, helpful flags for messages older than a week will delete the messages and notify the mod, instead of 30 slaps?

My idea was to remove the option entirely.

(maybe remove it entirely from transcript and only allow 10k-flagging from live chat?)

Ah, transcript... yeah, that's a minefield...

@JohnDvorak people were a bit idealistic about it (it shouldn't be there at all ever) but now it might be worth a shot, who knows. Could have saved us from a lot of trolling in the past too
